This Kiyotaki waterfall is a waterfall located in Sakashita-juku on the Tokaido road.
There is a rock cave nearby, so it was also called Kiyotaki Kannon or Iwaya Kannon.
Many people came to worship here, and the surrounding area was bustling with
teahouses and other establishments.
The waterfall was said to be just a stream of spring water flowing down the rock face.
